Mr. Darcy: "You must know... surely, you must know it was all for you. You are too generous to trifle with me. I believe you spoke with my aunt last night, and it has taught me to hope as I'd scarcely allowed myself before. If your feelings are still what they were last April, tell me so at once. My affections and wishes have not changed, but one word from you will silence me forever. If, however, your feelings have changed, I will have to tell you: you have bewitched me, body and soul, and I love, I love, I love you. I never wish to be parted from you from this day on."(Ohhh, a personal favorite!!)

Ah, love all of these. Love Anne Shirley and Mr. Darcy! All of it.
aw...I love this post! YOu are the best Kris! My fave is the Audrey Hepburn one, that is from my FAVE movie in the whole world! Love it!
Ahh, so you are a romantic like me. I can't tell you how many times I used to rewind that scene in Anne of Avonlea. I have a few movies you need to borrow!!
This is what I was saying - romantic at heart! The two black and white prints that I had in my home when I was at university were Robert Doisneau (man and woman at the markets) and marc trautmann (by the train). I loved both.- its those romantic pics that make us feel good inside (and also helped me study for many long lonely hours with only my two prints and my dog miffy for company). thanks kristen for a lovely post
